Sitting on 192 acres of breathtaking land, the Estate offers a private yet convenient location that is just minutes from America’s newest National Park. Multiple venue options are available for both indoor and outdoor events including the historic Gaines Estate house, the pavilion, the 10-acre lawn and the 50-acre pasture field. The Gaines Estate

The Historic Gaines Estate house is a 1920’s era mansion that has been fully-restored as a wedding and event venue. The house was designed to accommodate different types of events including weddings, showers, corporate meetings, private dinners and more! The house offers old-world elegance and charm with it’s exquisite interior design, open floor plan and adjacent outdoor patios.

pavilion

The pavilion is the newest addition to The Gaines Estate property. Located directly behind The Gaines Estate house, the 4,000 sq.ft. building can accommodate events up to 200 guests. The pavilion is the perfect location for large conferences, wedding receptions, company dinners and more.

Food and Beverage Service

Food

The Gaines Estate partners with Dobra Zupas to offer an all-inclusive catering service. Our in-house caterer has several catering packages to choose from that will fit the need of your event including custom buffet packages, appetizer display stations and dessert service. Each catering package includes catering staff and dinnerware. Dobra Zupas will work closely alongside you to help you create the perfect menu for your event. 

We encourage you to use our in-house caterer, however, groups do have the option to bring in their own outside caterer. The house is equipped with a commercial kitchen that can serve up to 250 guests. Outside caterers are permitted to use the kitchen services for prep only.  Inquire for details. 

Beverages

The Gaines Estate provides a fully-stocked bar and bartender with every event. The estate house has a lounge with a full-service bar on the first floor and an additional mini bar on the second floor. The pavilion is equipped with a full-service bar, and a portable bar is available for outdoor events. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services are provided through The Gaines Estate. Parties can choose from one of our bar packages to accommodate their event.
