The historic Gaines mansion was constructed as a 1920s era home. The mansion has been fully restored to be used as an event venue and is designed to accommodate several types of events including weddings, showers, corporate events, and private dinners. The mansion offers an open floor plan, commercial kitchen, fully stocked cocktail lounge, grand dining room, and 3 outdoor patios.
The reception hall is the newest addition to The Gaines Estate property. The reception hall is located directly behind the mansion. The structure is 4000 sq. ft. and can accommodate events with up to 200 guests. This additional venue is the perfect location for large conferences, wedding receptions, and company dinners. The reception hall offers a prep kitchen, fully stocked bar, center stage, tables and chairs, projector, 2 bathrooms, and is handicap accessible.

The Gaines Estate continues to function as a meeting, event, and wedding venue. The restaurant is closed on days when large weddings and other events are scheduled. Reservations are recommended to ensure that diners will be seated at a table when desired.
