The Gaines Estate Restaurant
Diners will experience the elegant atmosphere of having dinner in a 1920s era mansion restored to its former glory! The Gaines Estate restoration included a beautifully designed cocktail lounge reminiscent of the prohibition era and a southern style patio where patrons are encouraged to relax prior to dinner or after work with a hand-crafted cocktail and appetizers. Reservations are recommended.
Dinner hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 5pm to 9pm. The lounge opens at 4:00 PM.
Brunch: Sunday, 10:30am to 2:30pm.

Hand breaded Italian fried risotto stuffed with gouda served atop a house made
marinara.
Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Flatbread $12
A flatbread seasoned with garlic, herbs and olive oil then topped with caramelized
onions, goat cheese, fresh arugula and drizzled with honey.

An order of 5 or 10 wings tossed with any of our house sauces. *mild buffalo,

Burrata $13
Burrata cheese on a bed of arugula with marinated sun-dried tomato and basil oil.
Served with sourdough toast.
Dressings: bleu cheese, ranch, or champagne vinaigrette.
Garden Salad $5/$11
Fresh local greens topped with shallots, cherry tomatoes, julienned carrots,
cucumbers, and croutons. Served with one of our house-made dressings.
Caesar Salad $12
Romaine lettuce, croutons, & shredded parmesan tossed with our house-made
Caesar dressing.
Served with choice of chips or fries.

A flame-grilled burger topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and a
rosemary & caramelized onion aioli.

A flame-grilled burger topped with Muenster cheese, lettuce, fried green tomato,
house-made bacon jam and Alabama white BBQ sauce.

A parmesan crusted grilled cheese filled with smoked Gouda, Havarti, and bacon
jam.

A seared trout served with a lemon butter.

A 12oz ribeye grilled and served alongside your choice of a garlic compound butter
or our house- made bourbon sauce.
Filet Au Poivre $50
A 8oz filet crusted with a peppercorn mélange and served over a cognac cream
sauce.
Tuscan Chicken & Gnocchi $26
A Tuscan seasoned chicken thigh served over our hand-made gnocchi with sundried
