The Gaines Estate is delighted to announce Hill Hall. A new boutique hotel coming to life within the beautifully restored Fayetteville Middle and High School buildings, just two blocks from The Gaines Estate in downtown Fayetteville. Opening in summer 2026, Hill Hall is designed to feel like home, offering cozy guest rooms, inviting gathering spaces, and Patsy’s, a restaurant inspired by the flavors and spirit of our town.

Fayetteville has a way of staying with you. From its tree-lined streets and welcoming smiles to the stories etched in every brick. Hill Hall captures that same spirit, serving as a reflection of all that makes this community so special. Couples celebrating their weddings at The Gaines Estate can reserve room blocks for their guests, who may then contact Hill Hall directly to confirm their stay.
