The Gaines Estate Restaurant
The Gaines Estate offers a simple classic affordable menu with favorites such as our signature burger, seared trout, filets, and a weekly Chef’s featured pasta. Reservations are recommended.
Dinner hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 5pm to 9pm.
Brunch: Sunday, 10:30am to 1:30pm.

Hand breaded Italian fried risotto stuffed with gouda served atop a house made
marinara.
Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Flatbread $12
A flatbread seasoned with garlic, herbs and olive oil then topped with caramelized
onions, goat cheese, fresh arugula and drizzled with honey.
Pesto Rosso Flatbread $12
A grilled flatbread topped with a sun-dried tomato pesto, sliced mozzarella, fresh basil and olive oil. Contains: Tree Nuts.
Gaines Estate Wings $8/$15

Burrata $13
Burrata cheese on a bed of arugula with marinated sun-dried tomato and basil oil. Served with sourdough toast.
Dressings: bleu cheese, ranch, or champagne vinaigrette.
Garden Salad $5/$11
Fresh local greens topped with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Served with one of our house-made dressings.
Spring Berry Arugula Salad $14
A bed of arugula with slivered shallots, blueberries, and Gorgonzola. Served with with a poppy seed champagne vinaigrette or one of our house-made dressings.
Caesar Salad $12
Romaine lettuce, croutons, and shredded parmesan tossed with our house-made Caesar dressing.

Build Your Own Burger $14
A flamed-grilled burger with your choice of toppings.
*Essential toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard,
and mayonnaise – No charge.
*Choice of cheese: cheddar, provolone, or muenster – $1 ea.
*Choice of protein: bacon, bacon jam, or fried egg – $2 ea.

Yellow Curry Wrap $14
A pita filled with yellow curried chicken, gochujang pickled onion, a creamy garlic sauce, fresh greens, and cilantro.

A parmesan crusted grilled cheese filled with smoked Gouda, Havarti, and bacon
jam.
All entrees served with a garden salad and choice of one side.
Seared Trout $30
A seared trout served with lemon butter.

A 12oz ribeye grilled and served alongside your choice of garlic compound butter or our house- made bourbon sauce.
Filet au Poivre $50
A 8oz filet crusted with a peppercorn mélange and served over a cognac cream sauce.
Tuscan Chicken & Gnocchi $26
A Tuscan seasoned chicken thigh served over our hand-made gnocchi with sundried tomatoes, spinach, baby bella mushrooms then tossed in a white sauce.
