Wedding Services
Your wedding at the Gaines Estate will include the following services:
The Estate
- You will have the use of the entire Gaines Estate for your wedding from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Our in-house wedding coordinator will work with you to help plan your wedding, will be on site for your rehearsal, and on the day of your wedding to coordinate activities so you can enjoy the day.
- Our wedding coordinator will also give you recommendations for other services such as DJ’s, photographers, bakeries, as well as hair and make-up professionals.
- One hour rehearsal with our wedding coordinator on the day before.
- Bridal Suite and Grooms Suite to use to get ready for the wedding.
- Event staff to set up and take down the ceremony site and reception area.
- Use of our house banquet room (seats up to 30) or our reception hall for your rehearsal dinner the day before (provided we do not have a wedding that day). There is a minimum food and beverage charge of $500 for the banquet room and $1,000 for the reception hall for the rehearsal dinner. Outside seating is also available.
- Choice of 7 outdoor ceremony sites or the use of the Gaines Estate reception hall for your indoor ceremony if desired or as a back up plan in case of inclement weather.
Event Inventory
- Our round tables and wooden cross back chairs are included when used inside our reception hall.
- All tableware and glassware are included in our catering fees.
- Use of our small table decorations inventory.
Additional Services
We offer the following services for an additional fee:
- In house catering for up to 250 people
- Fully stocked ABCA licensed bar
- Ceremony arches and wood ceremony benches, table linens and much more.
- Golf Cart to assist guests with mobility needs. Both our house and reception hall are ADA accessible.
- Six nearby vacation rental houses for out of town guests.

Catering
The Gaines Estate offers an all-inclusive catering service. Each catering package includes catering staff, dinnerware, and catering equipment. We will work closely alongside you to help you create the perfect menu. All catering packages have 7% sales tax and 18% gratuity added to the final invoice.
Event Spaces
The estate offers a variety of additional spaces to host your special day. Choose from 7 outdoor ceremony sites, the mansion, or reception hall.
