The Gaines Estate includes everything you need for your next event. The venue was carefully designed with your event in mind. From a commercial kitchen with an in-house caterer to a fully-stocked bar to an enclosed pavilion, the event opportunities are limitless. The venue also offers onsite accommodations in the estate house and nearby offsite lodging.
Accommodations
The bridal suite and second floor suite can be reserved for overnight lodging in The Gaines Estate House. In addition to onsite accommodations, we also have five other nearby offsite lodging options.
Facilities and Grounds
Located in downtown Fayetteville, the 1920’s estate house sits on 192 acres of breathtaking views. The property includes the newly renovated estate house, a fully-enclosed pavilion, and a 10 acre lawn and 50 acre pasture field behind the house.
